Kings, NY - Route 9N Overpass - November 2008

  This bridge is probably from the last reconstruction in 1939.  The D&H designation is BR47.39 and is the same location as old bridge #3.  Originally a wood Queen post 24' span from about 1864, it was replaced with a steel plate girder in 1889 and then a new 28' steel span in 1924.   The current bridge is 70'-8" long.
